She&#8217;s also a world-renowned speaker and advocate of corporate transformation. She inspires audiences with a concrete blueprint of how values and consciousness will transform business. She has lectured throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, and the Pacific Rim.<\/p>\n<p>Her career in business journalism began at <em>Forbes<\/em> magazine in 1978. As a Public Policy Fellow at Radcliffe College, Cambridge, Massachusetts, from 1993 to 1996, she explored emerging leadership models.<\/p>\n<p>Patricia holds a BA in philosophy from Newton College of the Sacred Heart, a BS in library science from Catholic University, and four honorary doctorates. In 1990, she was awarded the Medal of Italy for her interpretation of global trends.<\/p>\n<p>She collaborated with her husband John Naisbitt on the publishing phenomenon <em>Megatrends<\/em> which topped best-seller charts in the U.S., Germany, and Japan. She and John then co-authored the <em>New York Times<\/em> number-one bestseller <em>Megatrends 2000<\/em>. These big hits were followed by the bestselling <em>Re-inventing the Corporation<\/em> and <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/0788153552?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=achieinc&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=0788153552\">Megatrends for Women<\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=achieinc&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=0788153552\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Her new book, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/product\/1571745394?ie=UTF8&amp;tag=achieinc&amp;linkCode=as2&amp;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&amp;creativeASIN=1571745394\"><em>Megatrends 2010: The Rise of Conscious Capitalism<\/em><\/a><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.assoc-amazon.com\/e\/ir?t=achieinc&amp;l=as2&amp;o=1&amp;a=1571745394\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/em>, was published in 2005. Collectively, her books have sold more than 14 million copies worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>In each of her <em>Megatrends<\/em> books she proposed ten Megatrends (changes), that would shape the information age.
