Spotlight on Professional Speaker Jeffrey W. Drake, Ph.D.

"I've always been fascinated by technology," says Dr. Jeffrey Drake, president of the AchieveMax® company.

"When I was a child, my parents reinforced that interest in many ways. My father was an electrician and had a radio shop where he fixed radios. My mother also developed my interests by buying me electric and electronic toys whenever she could."

It is no wonder then that Jeff has worked with computer technologies throughout his career. In the 1970s, he first worked with mainframe computers and later with micro and personal computers. Also, in the 1980s, he was the co-designer of the award-winning "Passport to Your Future," a multimedia career development system.
