Sexual Harassment
Creating an Awareness for Employees
"Is it okay if I share a dirty joke at lunch time? We are off the clock."
"Jack gives the greatest shoulder massages, that can't be sexual harassment.
I enjoy it."
"Everyone equally participates in the discussions. We have a tight group.
Sometimes it gets pretty explicit, but no one complains."
Are these situations sexual harassment or not?
All employees have the right to work in a hostile free work environment.
All employees also have the responsibility to help maintain a hostile
free work environment. In this sexual harassment training, your employees
will learn what is acceptable and what is not in terms of verbal, visual
and physical hostile work environments. They will also review your company
policy in this short employee version, (usually time ranges from 60 -
90 minutes.)
