The AchieveMax® team has 28 Leadership Modules. Clients may select from any or all of the five areas:

Clients usually begin by selecting modules from the Core Cluster. Then they select modules from the next area or areas of greatest need. The modules are tailored to the client's specific needs.

  • Keys to Leadership Success
    The traditional role of today's supervisor, manager, and/or leader has rapidly changed and expanded. Old traditional thought patterns must be replaced with a whole new way of thinking and responding. Leaders are interacting with a "new and different" employee, peer, boss, customer, and client. To do this effectively, many essential skills are required to build and maintain a positive, productive, and profitable environment. However, these new and improved skills must be built on a powerful time-proven foundation. This module reveals, in detail, five (5) basic leadership principles that are necessary to prepare your people and your organization for the coming decade.

  • Developmental Feedback Techniques
    One of the most difficult and most neglected responsibilities of a leader is the task of providing developmental feedback. This task is often avoided altogether, put off until it has a negative impact, or even appears to the recipient to be insincere. This module will provide the necessary guidelines needed to handle those difficult and sometimes uneasy situations that require corrective guidance for increased productivity.

  • The Power of Recognition
    In today's world, people need to achieve, grow, and contribute more than ever before; they want opportunity and recognition perhaps as much as paychecks and vacations. Positive recognition is one of the most powerful motivators that leaders have, costs virtually nothing to use, and yet is probably the most underutilized tool available in today's work environment. This module provides a simple, proven approach to reward consistent behavior, support employee initiative and innovation, and reinforce desired results. Well over 100 examples of non-financial methods of recognition and rewards are provided for and discussed with each participant.

  • Motivating Employees to Greater Productivity
    For the purpose of this module, "motivation" is defined as "the process of getting other people to do what you want them to do." Without motivation in today's workplace, there can be no change, no learning, no action, and, more importantly, no results. This module provides principles, theories, strategies, and guidelines that will enhance the participants' abilities to motivate both individuals and groups of employees.
